COVID-19 UPDATE- April 2nd 2021
Dear Valued Customers,
Your safety remains to be the highest priority to us here at Westowne Mazda.
As you may have heard, the Ontario government has activated a 4-week provincewide “handbrake’. We will be making the following changes to our services effective April 3rd at 12.01am:
NEW AND PRE-OWNED SALES DEPARTMENT
- By appointment only
Monday to Thursday: 9am-8pm
Friday: 9am-6pm
Saturday: 9am-5pm
- We are asking customers who are experiencing symptoms to please reschedule their appointments and deliveries
PARTS AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT
- Service maintenance and repairs by appointment only
- Doors will be open for drop off only
- Shuttle service will be offered, 1 person per vehicle unless part of same household
- No vehicle road testing with clients
- Limited loaner vehicles available
- Vehicle valet/concierge service available, $35 charge
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am-6pm
Friday: 7:30am-6pm
Saturday: 7-30am -3:30pm
- We are asking customers who are experiencing symptoms to please reschedule their appointments and deliveries
Our client lounge will be closed during this period and while you wait service will be put on hold. We would recommend to take advantage of the shuttle/valet service or prepare alternative transportation.
